• Twilio — used to send SMS appointment reminders and confirmations. Messages are sent only to the phone number you provide at booking.

• Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager — we use these tools to understand how visitors use our website. Data is collected anonymously and in aggregate. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Google Ads — we may run advertising campaigns through Google Ads. Conversion tracking helps us understand which ads lead to bookings.

By providing your phone number or email address when booking, you consent to receiving appointment-related messages (confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups) via SMS and/or email.
